Day 2 in Hanover 1.08.11

Hey everyone!
So, we have been in Hanover for 2 days now and are all enjoying the atmosphere of the coming World Championships. We arrived yesterday morning at 6am (5am English time). Lets not lie, we spent most of yesterday sleeping and eating! However, the evening consisted of the Butcher's dancing, Lottie's indian style moves and Harriet's rendition of Grenade by Bruno Mars, much to everyone's amusment. (Don't worry we have video evidence.)
Today was practice game day Vs Haudenosaunee (the natives who created lacrosse), a division 1 team for the tournament. We started off confident and energised, with the hope of showing other nations that Wales are a force to be reckoned with and to prove that a division 2 team can compete with the best teams in the world. Luckily for our supporters and us we met our aims with a final score of 18-5. With some awesome goals from a range of our talented attackers. Never forgetting the incredible saves from Harriet. However, after every game there is always the dreaded ice baths. We have been told that you get used to them after a while, we still haven't!!! Tomorrow we play Hanover Club Team and hope to go in with the same fire and come out on top once again. For now though its bed time. Night...
